I have studied many forms of meditation and body therapies in London, Japan, India and America which include Swedish massage, shiatsu, core - integration, tantra and breath- work.
I offer all of this experience in a luxurious, nourishing, healing and restorative massage. The intuitive and integrated combination of all these styles of bodywork together with a deep resource of stillness creates a truly unique experience for each person.
It is a very grounded, thorough journey through the body which rebalances our
energy, realigns our structure and re energises our spirit bringing us back to our peaceful and joyous self. Initiating our innate healing for any physical or psychological need we may have helps us to relax and realise or remember our connection to life, nurture our self worth and inspire our creativity and clarity.
I work in a studio where I live on a custom made table and is close to and surrounded by nature.
The closest tube is Highgate on the Northern Line.
My hours are from 10:00 am - 9:00 pm Monday to Sunday
The cost is 50 pounds for a one hour treatment.
